Handled extremely efficiently and patiently and coordinated flawlessly jointly with Henry Friedrichs and Joe Gamboney. Professional, caring, responsive and clear communication and follow-up. Joe Gamboney was exceptional in all aspects of his job. The family and I can not thank you enough for the support and arrangements you provided. Everyone was professional, yet personal. I left everything in the hands of the funeral director, and I was totally at ease and at peace with the day. I was very impressed with how quickly the arrangements were made. They are well aware of questions and needs you may have, and they address them before you even get the chance to ask questions. Also great job with handling traffic in the funeral procession. Felt safe. My mom looked exactly like herself - hair, nails, and facial expression were done perfectly. She looked so beautiful!
